He's my second favourite out of the whole Hetalia bunch... And certainly a pain to draw when it comes to hair; still, I guess it turned out just fine. Originally planned to submit it for his 'birthday', but then things got in my way... Sort of... Oh, and I know about his mole being in the wrong place...
